2. Donation Refund Policy
We are deeply grateful for every contribution that helps advance our mission. Because donations are quickly applied to active charitable programs, refunds are limited.
a. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.

Refunds are available only for duplicate transactions or clear processing errors.

Tax receipts for refunded donations will be voided.
b. Non-Refundable Donations

Designated project donations cannot be refunded once funds have been allocated.

Event ticket and fundraiser payments are non-refundable unless an event is canceled.

To request a refund, email info@speakersforafrica.com with your name, date, and transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
3. Media & Child Protection Policy
Speakers for Africa, Inc. upholds the highest standards of ethical storytelling and child protection.

All media used by the organization is published with express authorization from school administrators, parents, or legal guardians of minors.

Every image and video represents real community life and positive development; we do not stage or misrepresent conditions.
